    • 8 ounces BARILLA® Gemelli
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 bag (10 ounces) spinach, washed and trimmed
    • 1 jar (26 ounces) BARILLA® Green & Black Olive Pasta Sauce
    • 8 ounces Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
    • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese


    Instructions


    1. Cook gemelli according to package directions; drain.
    2. Meanwhile, add olive oil to large skillet. Add spinach; cook and stir 1 minute over medium-high heat.
    3. Reduce heat; stir in pasta sauce and cooked sausage. Cook 5 minutes.
    4. Pour sauce over hot drained gemelli; sprinkle with cheese.
