    Olive Sauce Pasta Shells with Chicken

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 jar (26 ounces) BARILLA® Green and Black Olive Pasta Sauce
    • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
    • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Parmesan cheese, divided
    • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
    • 1 package (16 ounces) BARILLA® Medium Shells


    Instructions


    1. Combine pasta sauce, chicken, 1/4 cup cheese and capers in large saucepan. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    2. Meanwhile, cook shells according to package directions; drain. Transfer to large platter.
    3. Pour pasta sauce mixture over hot drained shells; sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.

    Makes 8 to 10 servings

    Tip 3/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts will yield about 2 cups chopped cooked chicken. To save time, purchase a rotisserie chicken or packaged (frozen) cooked chicken from the supermarket.
