    A house favorite! Farfelle tossed with basil pesto sauce and crumbled feta cheese topped with roasted red peppers.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg (16 oz) farfelle pasta (bow tie pasta), uncooked
    • 1 pkg (8 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
    • 1 pkg (7 oz) basil pesto sauce
    • 1 jar (7 oz) roasted red peppers, drained, finely chopped


    Instructions


    1. Cook pasta as directed on package; drain.
    2. Toss remaining ingredients with hot pasta.


    Final Comments


    Makes: 6 servings (1 1/3 cups each)
