    List of Ingredients


    • 12 oz spaghetti
    • 1/2 lb bacon, cut into 1" pieces
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 1 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 cup half-and-half
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup whipping cream
    • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2 T chopped parsley


    Instructions


    1. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
    2. Cook bacon in a large skillet over high heat until crisp. Reduce heat to medium; add onion and garlic, and saute 5 minutes.
    3. Stir together half-and-half and next 5 ingredients; toss in spaghetti.
    4. Add spaghetti mixture and 1/4 cup cheese to onion mixture in skillet. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve in bowls.
