    List of Ingredients


    • 1-1lb. package of spaghetti cooked according to the package directions
    • 3 tbsp. butter
    • 3 tbsp. olive oil
    • 2 tbsp chopped herbs (basil, dill, cilantro)
    • 12 oz. artichoke hearts, drained and cut into fourths
    • 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced fine
    • 8 oz. white mushrooms, washed and drained
    • 1 lemon
    • 3/4 cup white wine, chablis
    • 1 cup romano cheese, grated
    • salt and black pepper


    Instructions


    1. Heat the olive oil and the butter over medium heat.

    2. Add the onions, chopped herbs, and the quartered artichokes, cook for 2 minutes. Now add the mushrooms, squeeze the lemon in the skillet, add the wine and the chicken stock. Bring this mixture to a simmer. Toss in the cheese and season to taste with salt and add the cooked spaghetti and blend together. Serve immediately.
