    • 2 tins of crescent rolls
    • 2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 egg, separated
    • 1/2 cup cinnamon & sugar


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Unroll one tin of rolls and palce in the bottom of a greased 9" x 13" pan. Stretch to fit.
    3. Combine the sugar, egg yolk and cheese. Mix well and spread over the layer of rolls.
    4. Place the second tin of rolls on top and brush with egg white. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    5. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool in refrigerator and serve.
