• 8 0z refrigerated pizza dough
  
• 1 lb. hot or sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
  
• 1 c. tomato sauce
  
• 1 c. chopped roasted red pepper
  
• 1 c. minced fresh basil
  
• 24 lrg. pitted black olives, thinly sliced
  
• 1`c. shredded mozzarella cheese
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 475.
   
2. Spray a 12" pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray. Press dough into pan; pinch edges up to form a rim. Prick surface of dough with fork; bake 10 to 12 min until very lightly browned.
   
3. Meanwhile, in large nonstick skillet, cook sausage 10-12 min., until browned. With back of wooden spoon, break sausage into small pieces; set aside.
   
4. Spread tomato sauce evenly over dough, leaving a 1" border all around. Top evenly with sausage, peppers, basil and olives. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake 10 to 12 min. longer, until cheese is melted.
