    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm® Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets (1 sheet)
    • 2 tbsp. olive oil
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2/3 cup ricotta cheese
    • 2 medium plum tomatoes , sliced
    • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves


    Instructions


    1. THAW pastry sheet at room temperature 30 min. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease baking sheet.
    2. UNFOLD pastry on lightly floured surface. Roll into 9”x13” rectangle. Cut into 2 (4 1/2”x12”) rectangles. Roll edges in 1/4” to form crust. Place pastry rectangles on baking sheet. Drizzle each with 1 tbsp. olive oil.
    3. MIX 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese and ricotta cheese in small bowl.
    4. TOP each pastry rectangle with half the ricotta cheese mixture, half the tomato, half the basil and half the remaining Parmesan cheese.
    5. BAKE for 20 min. or until golden. Makes 2.
