    • 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
    • 1 cup chicken broth
    • 2 cups frozen cut green beans
    • 1 cup instant white rice
    • 1/4 cup sliced almonds


    Instructions


    1. In a large resealable plastic bag, toss chicken thighs with Italian dressing.
    2. Pour contents of bag into a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken 4 minutes on each side, or until browned.
    3. Stir in chicken broth and bring to a boil; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    4. Add green beans and cook 5 minutes more, or until chicken is cooked through.
    5. Remove chicken (keep warm) and add 1 cup instant rice and almonds to the liquid and beans in the pan. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    6. Serve chicken on top of rice-green bean mixture.
