    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips
    • 2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
    • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
    • 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    • 1 package Knorr® Garlic Herb sauce mix
    • 1-1/2 cups milk
    • 8 ounces your favorite pasta, cooked and drained
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes


    Instructions


    1. Season chicken, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt Spread over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

    2. In same skillet, add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in artichokes and Knorr® Garlic Herb sauce mix blended with milk. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until mixture is thickened.

    3. In large serving bowl, toss sauce with hot pasta and top with chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and red pepper flakes.
