    List of Ingredients


    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb)
    • 2 T lemon juice
    • 3 T Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
    • 2 T paprika
    • 1 T brown sugar
    • cooking spray


    Instructions


    1. Preheat grill to medium high.
    2. Using sharp knife, score each piece chicken in 2 to 3 places with 1/4" deep cuts.
    3. Combine chicken and lemon juice in bowl, turning chicken until thoroughly coated. Set aside.
    4. Mix seasoning blend, paprika, and brown sugar in separate bowl.
    5. Roll each piece chicken in spice mixture until well coated.
    6. Spray grill with cooking spray. Place seasoned chicken breasts on grill. Grill chicken 5 minutes per side, or until juices run clear when a skewer is inserted and internal temperature reaches 170 degrees. Serve immediately.
