    Creamy Tarragon Chicken

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    • 2 cup milk
    • 2 cup chicken stock
    • 4 tsp. tarragon
    • 8 each Chicken Breasts, boneless, skin on
    • 3 cups flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
    • 2 Pkg. UNCLE BEN'S FLAVORFUL® Chicken & Herb Rice


    Instructions


    1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
    2. Rinse chicken and dredge in flour.

    3. Heat oil and brown chicken, about 4 minutes on each side.

    4. Remove chicken to a plate and keep warm.
    5. Add oil to pan and whisk 1 Tbsp. of the flour used for dredging into the pan.
    6. Add the chiken stock, milk, and tarragon, whisking until smooth.
    7. Return chicken to pan and simmer covered for about 5 minutes.
    8. Serve over Chicken & Herb Flavorful™ Rice.
