    Crumbled Turkey Cutlets

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 turkey cutlets, flatten with rolling pin
    • 3 tablespoons flour, seasoned
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
    • 5 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 3 tablespoon olive oil


    Instructions


    1. Dip turkey cutlets into flour and shake off. Next, dip into egg and then gently press each side into breadcrumbs mixed with cheese. Heat butter and oil in large skillet.
    2. Fry cutlets over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve with lemon wedges and parsley sprigs.
