    List of Ingredients


    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, pounded thin (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
    • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 egg beaten with 2 Tbsp. water
    • 2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
    • 1 package Knorr® Gravy Classics™ Roasted Chicken Gravy Mix
    • 1-1/2 cups water
    • 1/4 cup lemon juice
    • 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh thyme leaves or 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
    • 2 Tbsp. small capers, rinsed and drained (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Season chicken, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Dip chicken in flour, then egg mixture.

    2. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt Spread over medium-high heat and cook chicken 6 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked, turning once. Remove chicken to serving platter and keep warm.

    3. In same skillet, add Knorr® Gravy Classics™ Roasted Chicken Gravy Mix blended with water, lemon juice and thyme. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. To serve, pour sauce over chicken and sprinkle with capers.
