    Turkey with Herbs and Lemon

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb turkey breast chops
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 cup fresh parsley, minced
    • 1 cup fresh dill, minced
    • 1 cup fresh mint, minced
    • 3 T olive oil
    • salt, to taste
    • pepper, to taste
    • 1 lemon sliced thinly


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. Oil a baking dish and arrange turkey breasts. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, garlic and herbs. Arrange lemon slices on top, and drizzle with olive oil.
    3. Cover tightly with tin foil. Bake 20-25 minutes or until turkey is done when tested, not pink inside.
