Chinese Tea Balls

- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups finely chopped pecans
- Confectioners' sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer until creamy. Beat in vanilla. Gradually, beat in flour, salt, and pecans.
- Rub hands in flour. Roll dough into 1-inch balls, and place on prepared baking hseets. Bake 18 to 20 minutes. While cookies are still warm, dusth with confectioners' sugar.
