    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup butter, softened
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 2 tsps vanilla extract
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 2 cups finely chopped pecans
    • Confectioners' sugar


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
    2. In a medium bowl, beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer until creamy. Beat in vanilla. Gradually, beat in flour, salt, and pecans.
    3. Rub hands in flour. Roll dough into 1-inch balls, and place on prepared baking hseets. Bake 18 to 20 minutes. While cookies are still warm, dusth with confectioners' sugar.
