Creamy Caesar Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T red wine viengar
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 4 cups torn Romaine lettuce
- shaved Parmesan (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, and next 7 ingredietns.
- Place Romaine lettuce in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing, tossing gently to coat. Top with shaved Parmesan, if desired.
