Creamy White Cheddar Grits

List of Ingredients
- 3 cups hot cooked grits
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 cups shredded white Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine hot grits and butter, stirring until butter melts. Stir in milk and beaten eggs. Add cheese, salt, and pepper, stirring until cheese is melted. Spoon grits mixture into prepared baking dish.
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes, or until set. Let grits stand 10 minutes before serving.
