    Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

    List of Ingredients


    • 5 cups peeled and chopped Yukon gold potatoes (about 6 medium)
    • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 1 tsp horseradish
    • 3/4 tsp salt


    Instructions


    1. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, bring potatoes to a boil in enough water to cover. Reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes, or until tender.
    2. Drain and return potatoes to saucepan. Add cream, butter, horseradish, and salt; beat with an electric mixer at medium speed 1 minute, or until potatoes are creamy.
