Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

List of Ingredients
- 5 cups peeled and chopped Yukon gold potatoes (about 6 medium)
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 3/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, bring potatoes to a boil in enough water to cover. Reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes, or until tender.
- Drain and return potatoes to saucepan. Add cream, butter, horseradish, and salt; beat with an electric mixer at medium speed 1 minute, or until potatoes are creamy.
