    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    • 1/2 cup olive oil


    Instructions


    1. Whisk together lemon juice, mustard, garlic clove, salt, and pepper. Gradually add olive oil in a steady stream, whisking until blended.
    2. Store in refrigerator for up to one week; bring to room temperature, and whisk before serving.
