    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (16 oz) pkg bow tie pasta, uncooked
    • 2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
    • 2 green onions, chopped
    • 1 (6 oz) pkg crumbled feta cheese
    • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
    • 1/4 cup virgin olive oil


    Instructions


    1. In a large pot of lightly salted boiling water, cook pasta until done, approximately 8 to 10 minutes; drain. rinse pasta with cool water. Drain.
    2. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, green onions, feta cheese, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Add to pasta; toss gently. Refrigerate until cool.
