    Fresh and Creamy Potato Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups cubed cooked potato
    • 1/2 cup celery slices
    • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    • 2 T green onion, diced
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 (8 oz ) pkg cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 2 T milk


    Instructions


    1. Combine potatoes, celery, green peppers, onions and salt. Mix lightly.
    2. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk, mixing until well blended. Add to potato mixture. Mix lightly. Chill.


    Final Comments


    Makes 6 to 8 servings
