List of Ingredients



• 1 clove garlic, crushed
  
• 1/2 tsp. salt
  
• 1/2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
  
• 3 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  
• 1-1/2 tbsp. Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
  
• 3/4 cup olive oil
  






Instructions



1. Using a fork, mash garlic and salt to a paste in a small bowl. Stir in mustard, lime juice, and Grand Marnier.
   
2. Gradually whisk in olive oil until mixture is smooth and thick. Adjust the flavor by adding more lime juice or olive oil if needed.
