Mediterranean White Bean Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped oregano
- 2 (15 ounce) cans cannelini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/3 cup Lindsay Kalamata olives, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat oil in a medium-sized sauté pan over medium-low heat. Add garlic and oregano and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Stir in beans and Lindsay Kalamata olives and remove from heat. Toss with lemon juice and serve warm or room temperature.
