    List of Ingredients


    • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
    • 1 tablespoon chopped oregano
    • 2 (15 ounce) cans cannelini beans, rinsed and drained
    • 1/3 cup Lindsay Kalamata olives, coarsely chopped
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Heat oil in a medium-sized sauté pan over medium-low heat. Add garlic and oregano and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden.
    2. Stir in beans and Lindsay Kalamata olives and remove from heat. Toss with lemon juice and serve warm or room temperature.
