Nutty Orzo Toss

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup orzo
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 tsp Greek seasoning
- 1/2 cup sliced kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup chopped red peppers
- 2 T toasted pine nuts
- 2 T chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Prepare orzo according to package directions. In bowl, whisk oil, 2 T lemon juice, 1/2 tsp zest and seasoning.
- In separate bowl, combine orzo, olives, peppers, pine nuts and basil.
- Drizzle orzo mixture with dressing; toss to coat evenly.
