- 1 pkg (12 oz) sliced turkey bacon
- 3 lbs vine-ripened tomatoes
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
- Slice the tomatoes into 1/2" thick pieces. Arrange them on a platter and then sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Arrange the bacon on the platter with the tomatoes.
