    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg (12 oz) sliced turkey bacon
    • 3 lbs vine-ripened tomatoes
    • salt and pepper


    Instructions


    1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
    2. Slice the tomatoes into 1/2" thick pieces. Arrange them on a platter and then sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Arrange the bacon on the platter with the tomatoes.
