    Add a southwestern twist to a healthy mixed green salad - ready in just 15 minutes!


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups torn mixed salad greens
    • 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed, drained
    • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed, drained
    • 1 large red pepper, chopped
    • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
    • 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    • 1/2 cup KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT! Ranch Reduced Fat Dressing
    • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro


    Instructions


    1. DIVIDE greens among 4 dinner plates.
    2. TOP evenly with beans, corn, peppers, tomatoes and cheese.
    3. DRIZZLE with dressing; sprinkle with cilantro.


    Final Comments


    Makes: 4 servings

    Great Substitute
    Substitute 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cooked and chopped, for the black beans.
