- 4 cups torn mixed salad greens
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed, drained
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed, drained
- 1 large red pepper, chopped
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT! Ranch Reduced Fat Dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- DIVIDE greens among 4 dinner plates.
- TOP evenly with beans, corn, peppers, tomatoes and cheese.
- DRIZZLE with dressing; sprinkle with cilantro.
