    Warm Pecan Vinaigrette

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 finely chopped shallots
    • 3 T olive oil
    • 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
    • 3 T apple cider vinegar
    • 1 T Dijon mustard
    • 1 T honey
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp pepper


    Instructions


    1. Saute shallots in hot olive oil over medium heat 3 minutes.
    2. Stir in chopped pecans, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
    3. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring constantly, until warm.
