Warm Pecan Vinaigrette

List of Ingredients
- 2 finely chopped shallots
- 3 T olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
- 3 T apple cider vinegar
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 T honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Saute shallots in hot olive oil over medium heat 3 minutes.
- Stir in chopped pecans, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring constantly, until warm.
