    This recipe makes great picnic roll-ups! Prepare these in the morning and refrigerate until ready to transport. Take uncut wraps in plastic wrap to picnic and eat whole or slice for appetizers. Great for tailgating while the grill heats up!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 tsp. Lawry's ® Perfect Blend Steak & Chop
    • 1/2 cup light whipped cream cheese
    • 1-1/2 tsp. horseradish
    • 4 large Mission® Flour Tortillas - Burrito Size, warmed
    • 1/2 lb. thinly sliced deli roast beef
    • 1 thinly sliced tomato
    • 2 leaves romaine lettuce
    • 2 slices red onion, separated into rings


    Instructions


    1. In small bowl combine Perfect Blend with cream cheese and horseradish; mix well.
    2. Spread two tablespoons of cream cheese mixture on one side of each tortilla. Divide remaining ingredients between the four tortillas. Arrange roast beef, tomato, lettuce, and onion at one end of each tortilla. Starting at that end, roll-up tortilla jellyroll style. Serve whole or cut into 1 1/2 inch thick slices for appetizers.
