    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Lb. Hot Italian Sausage
    • 1 small Onion, minced
    • 1 T. Chili powder
    • 2 16 oz Cans Black beans
    • 112 oz. Can or Bottled light beer
    • 1 Jar tomato sauce with peppers & onions
    • 1 4oz, can chopped mild green chilies
    • ¼ t. dried Oregano Leaves
    • 1 oz+ Container Sour Cream
    • 3 oz (3/4 cup) Monterey 3ack or Cheddar cheese, shredded


    Instructions


    1. Remove sausage from casing. Cook sausage, onion, and chili powder stirring to break up sausage, until sausage is browned and onion is tender.
    2. Add beans with liquid, beer, sauce, chilies, and oregano leaves. Heat to boiling.
    3. Reduce heat to low, simmer 15 min, stirring occasionally.
    4. To serve, spoon chili into 6 bowls. Spoon sour cream over chili. Sprinkle with cheese.
