    List of Ingredients


    • 1 large cauliflower
    • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
    • 4 green onions, finely chopped
    • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x9-inch baking dish with non-stick vegetable spray.

    2. In a large saucepan, cook cauliflower whole in boiling, salted water for 20 minutes. Drain and place in prepared baking dish.
    3. In a small skillet, melt butter; add green onions and sauté for 5 minutes. Blend in flour; cook, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes. Gradually add milk; cook stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened. Stir in salt, pepper, and Tabasco. Pour over cauliflower. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese.
    4. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
