    • 4 eggs
    • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
    • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    • 1 pound ricotta cheese
    • 8 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
    • 4 cups cooked, chopped broccoli flowerets
    • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate with butter.

    2. In a large bowl, beat eggs until light. Add cheeses, pepper, and nutmeg; stir until well mixed. Stir in broccoli. Set aside.
    3. On a lightly floured board, roll out pastry into a 12-inch circle. Line prepared pie plate; trim and flute edges. Pour the broccoli mixture into prepared crust.
    4. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
