- 4-5 heads baby bok choy
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tblsp oyster sauce
Instructions
- Trim off the outer layer of green leaves. Heat oil over low heat in fry pan. Crush garlic and place in skillet. As it begins to sizzle, lay in baby bok choy. Cover and let cook about 3 minutes.
- Add water and oyster sauce. Cover and continue to cook until tender.
