    List of Ingredients


    • 1 large head broccoli (about 1 1/2 lbs)
    • 3/4 cup light sour cream
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 3 T butter
    • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
    • 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese


    Instructions


    1. Trim broccoli; cut into 1" florets. Peel stalks; cut into 1" chunks.
    2. In a medium saucepan, bring 1" of water to a boil over high heat. Add broccoli stalks; cover and cook for 2 minutes. Add florets; cover and cook until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Drain; keep warm.
    3. In a large bowl, combine sour cream and Parmesan; mix well. In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add bread crumbs and stir until coated with butter and toasted.
    4. Preheat broiler. Toss the broccoli with sour cream mixture until coated. Turn into a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and Swiss cheese. Broil 5" from heat source until cheese melts.
