Brussel Sprouts Bake

Recipe Introduction
A tasty mixture of brussel sprouts and cheddar cheese that goes great with chicken and is quick and easy to make.
List of Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 4 (10 oz) pkgs frozen brussel sprouts
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 (10.75 oz) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Bring water to boil in a saucepan. Place frozen brussel sprouts in the water, and return to boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 6 to 7 minutes, until tender; drain.
- In a medium bowl, mix brussel sprouts with butter, cream of mushroom soup, eggs, Cheddar cheese, and 1/3 cup bread crumbs. Transfer to a baking dish, and top with remaining bread crumbs.
- Cover, and bake 25 minutes, until bubbly. Uncover, and continue baking 5 minutes, until lightly browned.
