- 1 10-3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 2-quart oblong baking dish with non-stick vegetable spray.
- In a small bowl, combine soup, paprika and pepper.
- Arrange potatoes on overlapping rows in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese; spoon soup mixture over the cheese. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil; bake for 10 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender.
