- 4 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package Knorr® Classic Sauces Bearnaise Sauce Mix
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese (about 2 oz.)
Instructions
- In 2-quart saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon Spread over medium-high heat and cook artichoke hearts 1 minute. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in remaining 3 tablespoons Spread and Knorr® Classic Sauces Bearnaise Sauce Mix blended with milk. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Stir in cheese until melted.
- Serve with your favorite grilled chicken, seafood, steaks or baked potatoes.
