• 1 egg
  
• 3 T melted butter
  
• 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  
• 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
  
• 1 cup sour cream
  
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
  
• 1 can cream corn
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
   
2. Beat egg and add to the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and pour into a greased, preheated 12" Dutch oven and bake in oven for about 50 to 55 minutes.
