- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 12 oz seasoned stuffing mix
- 2 cups frozen whole kernel corn, thawed and drained
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine butter and water in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the butter melts; remove from the heat. Add stuffing mix; mix well. Add in thawed and drained corn, eggs, and parsley; mix thoroughly. Add water if necessary. Shape into balls and arrange in a buttered 13"x9" baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
