    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 cup butter
    • 1 1/2 cups water
    • 12 oz seasoned stuffing mix
    • 2 cups frozen whole kernel corn, thawed and drained
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup parsley, chopped


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Combine butter and water in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the butter melts; remove from the heat. Add stuffing mix; mix well. Add in thawed and drained corn, eggs, and parsley; mix thoroughly. Add water if necessary. Shape into balls and arrange in a buttered 13"x9" baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
