    List of Ingredients


    • 2 eggs
    • 2 T sugar
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
    • 1 can (14.75 oz) cream style corn
    • 1 cup 2% milk
    • 1 T flour
    • 1/4 cup butter, melted


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease an 8" square baking dish.
    2. Whisk together eggs, sugar, salt, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl.
    3. In a separate bowl, mix corn with milk and flour. Stir into egg mixture, then stir in melted butter. Pour into prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes until set and thoroughly heated. Serve warm.
