List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
- 1 T salt-free mesquite seasoning, like Spice Hunter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Cut potatoes into 4" slices, lay slices on top of each other, then cut into 1/4" sticks. Pat potatoes dry with paper towels.
- Place salt, pepper and seasoning in a 1 gallon resealable plastic bag with potato sticks; seal bag and shake to coat potato sticks. Remove potatoes from bag; cook in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray 30 minutes, or until crisp and golden, turning occasionally.
