    List of Ingredients


    • 1 small Onion, chopped
    • 1 Tbsp. Margarine
    • 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
    • 8 cups mixed fresh vegetables (broccoli and cauliflower florets; sliced carrots, squash and zucchini; cut-up green beans; corn)


    Instructions


    1. COOK and stir onions in margarine in large skillet on medium heat until crisp-tender.
    2. ADD VELVEETA and soup; cook until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
    3. STIR in remaining vegetables; cook 10 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
