    Roasted Brussel Sprouts

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 lbs Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
    • 2 shallots, peeled and sliced thin
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 1 T honey
    • salt and pepper, to taste


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Toss the Brussel sprouts, shallots, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper in a bowl and place on the prepared baking sheet.
    3. Place in the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussel sprouts are soft and the outside leaves are crispy.
