List of Ingredients



• 2 lbs carrots, peeled and cut into 1 1/2" pieces on a diagonal
  
• 1/3 cup butter, melted
  
• 2 T minced dill
  
• salt and freshly ground pepper
  






Instructions



1. Mix butter, salt and pepper. Pour over carrots. Spread out on a greased baking sheet.
   
2. Place in oven at 400 degrees and roast 20 minutes or until tender.
   
3. Toss with fresh dill and serve.
   






Final Comments


Serve for New Year's with french onion soup; caesar salad; medallions of beef with peppercorns and mustard; garlic mashed potatoes; greek new year sweet bread; easy creme de menthe cake
