    Roasted Red Potatoes with Dill

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs small, whole red skin potatoes, halved
    • 1 T olive oil
    • 1 tsp dill weed, dried or 1 T fresh
    • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
    • 1/4 tsp season-all seasoned salt


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, toss olive oil with potatoes to coat.
    2. Combine remaining ingredients and toss with potatoes to coat evenly.
    3. Spread potatoes in shallow baking pan. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40 minutes or until tender.

    Makes 6 servings.
