Roasted Red Potatoes with Dill

- 2 lbs small, whole red skin potatoes, halved
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 tsp dill weed, dried or 1 T fresh
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/4 tsp season-all seasoned salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss olive oil with potatoes to coat.
- Combine remaining ingredients and toss with potatoes to coat evenly.
- Spread potatoes in shallow baking pan. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40 minutes or until tender.
