Fresh rosemary is a wonderfully aromatic and flavorful addition to roasted potatoes.
List of Ingredients
- 4 baking potatoes
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 13"x9"x2" baking pan with cooking spray.
- Cut each potato into 12 wedges. Place in pan, toss with remaining ingredients. Spread potatoes in single layer.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until tender.
