    Fresh rosemary is a wonderfully aromatic and flavorful addition to roasted potatoes.


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 baking potatoes
    • 2 T olive oil
    • 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
    • 1/2 tsp salt


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 13"x9"x2" baking pan with cooking spray.
    2. Cut each potato into 12 wedges. Place in pan, toss with remaining ingredients. Spread potatoes in single layer.
    3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until tender.
