• 2 packages frozen chopped spinach (10 oz. each)
  
• 1 cup sour cream
  
• 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  
• 1/4 cup fine cracker or bread crumbs -- buttered
  
• 1/4 cup cheddar cheese -- grated
  






Instructions



1. Cook spinach as directed on the package, omitting salt.
   
2. Drain and add soup mix and sour cream. Spoon into a shallow baking dish. Top with mixture of cheese and buttered crumbs (1 T butter melted), and bake 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly brown and hot.
