    Spicy Corn-on-the-Cob Skewers

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 limes, divided
    • 6 T unsalted butter, softened
    • 1 1/4 tsp cayenne-salt blend, like Morton Hot Salt
    • 1/2 tsp chili powder
    • 8 ears corn, husks and silk removed and ends trimmed


    Instructions


    1. Heat grill. Zest and juice 1 lime; cut remaining limes into 8 wedges each.
    2. In bowl, use fork to combine 1 tsp lime zest, 2 tsp lime juice, butter, salt blend and chili powder.
    3. Using 8 wooden skewers soaked in water, thread corncobs. Grill corn 12 minutes, turning frequently. Add lime wedges to ends of each skewer. Brush each ear of corn with spicy butter mixture.
