Stuffed Potatoes

List of Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes, baked
- 2 cups shredded colby cheese
- 8 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
- 8 green onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, and scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact. Mash pulp; stir in cheese and remaining ingredients. Spoon into shells, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
