    List of Ingredients


    • 1 tube (10 oz) refrigerated pizza crust
    • 1 brick (8 oz) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
    • 1 tsp minced garlic
    • 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
    • 6 ripe Italian plum tomatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    • 2 tsp olive oil
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • Garnish: freshly ground pepper and basil leaves


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 425. Unroll crust on a lightly greased baking sheet; press into a 13x10-inch rectangle. Bake 12 to 14 minutes, or until lightly browned. Reduce oven to 350.
    2. Mix next 4 ingredients until well blended. Spread evenly on crust. Top with tomatoes, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt.
    3. Bake 8 minutes to warm tomatoes and develop flavors.
    4. Cut tart in 24 pieces. Sprinkle with pepper and garnish with basil leaves. Serve warm or at room temperature.
